We go to this restaurant all the time and it is always amazing! The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious! The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the tiramisu is the best. Not only is the food amazing, but sitting by the window with a view of the estuary adds such a relaxing touch to every visit.

Went for a company party (lunch). Great location to bring family and even for a date. I had the fish of the day, which was the sea bass. The veggies and fish lacked the flavor I was hoping for, but the mashed potatoes were good. Will definitely come back to try other entrees. My co-workers salmon picatta looked really good. The staff was friendly and knew the menu well. Will revisit my rating once I come back. Bon appetit!

Hidden gem! The food is delicious but I will say the crème brûlée lacked texture it was a little runny. The service was good but a little slow and no one checked on us mid meal. Love the view of the boats in the water.

Pasta was a little too cooked past al dente for my taste, and the chicken pieces for all of our dishes were cut really large. Overall taste was good though and we enjoyed the location and overall family atmosphere. We felt good bringing our kids and our nieces/nephews out for a nice restaurant and didn't feel unwelcome in the slightest. If we're ever in the area again, we'll probably stop by.

This restaurant is the perfect getaway for a romantic date or a delightful dinner party! It sets a picturesque backdrop for any occasion, with stunning views of the bay and waterfront. The food is absolutely delectable, and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. You’ll find yourself beaming with joy as you savor every moment! I've been here a couple of times, and to my delight, the service and food have only improved.

Buskis Bildgewater was two whole days on the water bringing his pilot house, the Nasty Beaver (named after his ex-wife) to his slip here in Alameda all the way from Fort Bragg.. What a trip! I was here waiting for him to give him a hand, ..he was cold, wet and salt crusted from the ocean, and all he wanted was a big bowl of tortellini soup from the Pasta Pelican Restaurant to warm his soul. It must have worked because he was a brand new man after that! 5 for sure!
